I'm Dan Miller, a Level Four qualified personal trainer with almost a decade of experience. I studied with Premier Training International, worked at LA fitness for several years, and have helped a diverse range of people achieve different goals.

My emphasis is on the personal side of training, and I create fun, varied and individual workouts designed to get you proven results, but also beyond that to give you the confidence to move forwards.

The studio is very well equipped; from free weights, to sandbags and medicine balls, and with private parking and changing facilities, there's no reason for you not to start now.
I created Body Fuel Personal Fitness to not only provide personal training sessions, but also as a way of educating people about the health and fitness industry. There's a huge amount of information (and misinformation) out there, and it's often so lengthy and complicated.
