Well, this is fun, isn't it!?! I hope you're all coping with lockdown, this is the time when people are likely to eat and drink a lot more, and move a lot less. Yes, we all want to get through this, but you probably don't want to come out the other side twenty pounds heavier, so monitor how much you're eating and drinking, and try to use the time to do a bit more exercise. There's plenty you can do at home or outside in your hour. I am also still offering online personal training for those interested, and remember, please try to keep in contact with those who are alone or more vulnerable during this period.
